Introduction

Building Express is an innovative Sydney-based recruitment firm with 15+ employees that was already embracing AI-powered automation when they came to us. They weren't starting from zero with automation - AI was drafting job posts, Perplexity was doing market research, and DialPad was recording AI insights from hundreds of weekly conversations.
